I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the job you and your staff do. I have been with our district ten years and in all that time, our buildings have never looked as good upon the beginning of a new school year as they do now. When I look around, I see cleanliness and a dedication to keep that standard of service. Operational Professional Services has been good for our district and for our custodial employees. I truly feel our employees have been trained and will continue to be trained in high quality service and cleanliness. It is so nice to work in a clean building that we can all take pride in. Again, thank you for your service and dedication to our district. Please feel free to pass this along to your staff. I want them all to know they are doing a great job!

In the 17 years I have been in the district, our buildings and grounds have never looked better. I am now confident visitors to our school are provided with a great first impression, and the students and staff come to school each day to facilities that are clean and well maintained.

The hands-on approach that OPS senior management has taken in overseeing our account has made the outsourcing transition trouble free. Their standards and expectations are high. As a result, our campus looks great.

I just wanted to let you know that the PTO had an event in the commons last night – and forgot to ask anyone to set up for it. The PTO rep came by this morning to tell me how much they appreciated the custodians who stopped what they were doing to help get things ready. The guys also tried to get the ladies to leave all the mess for them to clean up at the end of the evening. The PTO leaders were so impressed with the kind and helpful attitude the guys had. I just wanted to pass this along!
