With our staff of facility maintenance professionals OPS will tailor a maintenance program specific to our client’s needs. There is no one size fits all when it comes to facility maintenance. We begin the process of developing your program with a thorough assessment of your facilities identifying building condition, equipment, product usage, and staffing. By combining our assessment with your individual needs we will present you with a plan that will ensure your facilities are properly cared for.
You can’t properly maintain it if you don’t properly staff it. That is why all of our employees are required to pass a background check prior to being hired and are hired only after the approval of the school district client.

Supervision and oversight is paramount to any successful program and facility maintenance is no different. OPS assigns supervisors to each of our school district accounts. Additionally each district is inspected weekly for quality control by the regional account managers and the owners of OPS.
To further assist our school district clients in their mission of educating children OPS has provided over $30,000 in “Need Based Scholarships” for students to attend collegiate or vocational higher education institutions.
